Phoenix Lamps Limited, India’s leading manufacturer of lighting sources for automotive and general lighting applications, named Rajiv Prasad as the new Managing Director of the company. Rajiv brings with him over 2 decades of experience across multiple industries in various specific areas of manufacturing, sales and marketing, & Profit Center Management. He has worked with leading organizations including among others Gujarat Glass, Owens Brockway, ITC and BHEL. Prior to joining Phoenix Lamps, Rajiv was a Director with Gujarat Glass Ltd.

Rajiv graduated in electronics engineering and subsequently obtained his MBA from IIM Bangalore.
