Cine star Asha Parekh###SQ###s Akruti Production is in the news again. After the successful run of Kora Kagaz and Kangan on STAR Plus, Parekh is ready with another soap Kuch Pal Saath Tumhara, this time for Sahara TV. The serial has been made in partnership with another actress of yesteryears Shammi. It is a half-hour weekly, which is likely to hit TV screens by May.

Scripted by Rajesh Saksham, Kuch Pal Saath Tumhara, is about the trials and tribulations of an orphan girl, who becomes a widow, when her husband, an air force officer dies, in action. The serial then unfolds the life of the widow and the family her deceased husband has left behind.

The music for the soap has been composed by Usha Khanna, lyrics are by Nida Fazli, Ajit Patnaik has created the sets and Cartlon D'Mello is the cinematographer.
