Alpha Bangla, a leading Bengali channel, is bringing an unique opportunity to its viewers to tune in to the creations of world-class directors ranging from classic to contemporary.

Ritwik Ghatak, Nabyendu Chatterjee, Asit Sen, Mrinal Sen, Rituparno Ghosh - the icons of Bengali cinema will be showcased in a film festival titled ###SQ###Sera Paanch Parichalok###SQ### (Five great directors) from September 20-24, 2004 at 2.30 pm, only on Alpha Bangla.

The films which will be telecast for the festival are: Ajantrik (September 20), Kharij (September 21) Mansur Mian-r Ghora (September 22), Deep Jwele Jai (September 23) and Dahan (September 24).

Kharij and Dahan are National award winning films. Kharij has also won the Cannes Film Festival Award, Chicago International Film Festival Award and the Bronze Hugo award. The festival is a must watch for those who enjoy good cinema.
