Prabhat Khabar launched its another edition from Deoghar in Jharkhand. The new edition would cater to towns such as Dumka, Godda, Pakur, Jamtara, Sahebganj besides the adjoining districts of Bihar like Bhagalpur, Munger, Banka and Jamui.

At present, Prabhat Khabar has five editions from Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Patna and Kolkata. The publication has achieved a circulation of 2 lacs in Jharkhand with a readership of 9.85 lacs (approx) as per both NRS & IRS.
