Radio Mirchi is organising a property event in association with Standard Chartered Bank. The event Radio Mirchi Premium Property Showcase 2004 will be held at the Nehru Centre, Mumbai for three days starting from July 30.

The show which will deal with residential properties worth Rs 25 lakh or more has a total of 20 topnotch city builders such as Rustumjee, Neelkanth Group and the Runwal Group participating in the event. The showcase also has special financial schemes and on the spot loan sanctions.

Sameer Soni, station director, Radio Mirchi, feels that the radio has evolved from being an entertainment medium to also being a utility-based medium with a far greater reach than newspapers, television or the Internet.

"The Premium Property Showcase is one example of the many ways in which Radio Mirchi is going beyond a voice and into the lives of people," he says.
