NDTV India has launched Khabardar, a show hosted by Vinod Dua, on July 19 at 8.30 pm. The show takes viewers through a reality-check of the promises made by politicians during the General Elections held earlier this year.
Dua plays the role of a watchdog alerting citizens to the corruption and complacency at high places. The 30-minute programme is interactive with viewers given the opportunity to pose questions via SMS and e-mail.
Politicians will be invited to field questions from Dua and the audience, and a report card of the MP's performance will be generated in the end. The show will be telecast from Monday to Thursday on the channel.
