Afternoon newspaper, Today will be coming out with a special 2 pm late edition on July 8 for the Budget 2004.

To promote this special edition, the eveninger adopted some innovative concepts of pacing Today stickers on fruits, vegetables and similar daily needs that would be affected by the Budget. Some of the known fruit stalls and grocery stores around south Delhi and Gurgaon has been selected as the venue for promotion.

Earlier, Today had come up with a special edition during the general elections 2004.
