STAR Plus' much-hyped Parivaar Awards will premiere on June 19 at 8.00 pm. Hosted by anchor-cum-actor Aman Verma, the show promises to be a visual delight with star performances and the presence of well-known television personalities.

Into its second year, the show swept the ratings chart on debut last year due to its unique appeal and concept. Unlike other televised awards shows, STAR Parivaar Awards honour the character and not the actor, with intense competition between on-screen characters for the coveted trophy.

The scale and size of the awards has increased this year.
