RED FM unveils new programmes to coincide with Republic Day celebrations
 

On the eve of India's Republic Day, RED FM has come up with a comprehensive programming schedule to celebrate the patriotic fervour of the nation through songs, interviews and issues close to people's heart. Christened Aaye Watan, Humko Teri Kasam, this four-day activity was started on January 23.

In a show of solidarity with the nation, RED FM has interviewed a host people - PROs of defence services, relatives of martyrs, winners of bravery awards et al. The discussions cover a number of issues related to India and "Indianness".

Speaking on the station's initiative, Nishchint Chawla, COO, Radio Today, said, "As Indians, and as an Indian station we have a social responsibility towards the country. The country is celebrating Republic Day, and we rejoice with the country while savouring the benefits of being citizens of the biggest democracy in the world. Long Live India and the spirit of Indianness."
