Filmy adds another feather in its cap by foraying into Bhojpuri movies. In a constant effort to provide variety to its audience, Filmy has now roped in Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan as a Movie Jockey on the channel. Ravi Kishan will be presenting his hit Bhojpuri film 'Ganga ', to be premiered on Filmy on April 29, 2007 at 8 pm.

Speaking about his experience of working with Amitabh Bachchan, Ravi Kishan, stated: "One of the most memorable experience was during the music release of the movie ' Ganga', when Mr. Bachchan called me a 'mahanayak' (superhero). Coming from a legend like him, it was the proudest moment of my life".

Talking about his association with Filmy, Ravi Kishan further adds: "When Filmy approached me to be an MJ for the movie Ganga, I was very excited about the offer and took it instantly without given a second thought. The role offered was a bit different compared to the regular roles I do, hence it was a challenge and I have enjoyed myself thoroughly doing the show and I am sure my audience will equally enjoy watching the show." Ravi Kishan will be sharing trivia, anecdotes and other details of the making of Ganga, thus making the whole movie a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Apart from this he has also been invited by the channel to sit on the pot seat of Kaun Banega Champu. Kaun Banega Champu is a spoof of the popular television game show Kaun Banega Crorepati hosted by Shah Rukh Khan.
